Descriptions

This machine adopts an integrated design that combines light, electricity, and gas, and incorporates advanced technologies from both domestic and foreign sources. It uses positive pressure forming and roller sealing, resulting in improved convenience during operation and greater stability during running.

It is primarily used for packaging pharmaceuticals, health products, and food using aluminum-plastic (AL/PL) and aluminum-aluminum (AL/AL) [hard aluminum (HA)] materials.

The machine features independently developed PLC programming control, intelligent touch screen operation, servo motor stepping, and quick mold replacement.

The staggered cutting plate design produces no lateral waste, and the plates are arranged in an orderly manner and pushed forward, resulting in significant savings of up to 200,000 yuan or more per machine per year in packaging, labor, and workshop costs.

The machine's electronic oil pump automatic lubrication and cleaning capabilities fully comply with cGMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
