Descriptions

The machine adopts an integrated design that combines light, electricity, and gas, and incorporates advanced technologies from both domestic and foreign sources. It uses positive pressure forming and roller sealing, resulting in improved convenience during operation and greater stability during running.

It also features independently developed PLC programming control, intelligent touch screen operation, servo motor stepping, and quick mold replacement.

The machine can be used interchangeably for both aluminum-plastic (AL/PL) and aluminum-aluminum (AL/AL) materials, including hard aluminum (HA) and cold-formed aluminum (CFA).

To switch between the two, only one set of molds needs to be replaced. Changing the hard aluminum (HA) mold is as easy and convenient as changing the aluminum-plastic (AL/PL) mold, greatly saving time and space and directly improving production efficiency.

The machine's electronic oil pump automatic lubrication and easy cleaning capabilities fully comply with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.

A dedicated material feeder for hard aluminum is included.

The machine also provides graphics and text alignment for hard aluminum.
