Descriptions

The heat sealing station is fixed, and the distance between the forming, perforating, and punching units can be freely adjusted on the same plane, making it suitable for various sizes with high precision and strong adaptability.

The machine adopts a flat structure with heating, mechanical (positive pressure) forming, upper and lower screen frames, cylinder heat sealing, adjustable stroke, and easy operation.

The main drive uses imported reducers with excellent performance, low noise, long service life, and stable operation.

The machine is digitalized, with adjustable stroke and easy operation, suitable for packaging of different sizes, especially for small batches and multiple varieties of packaging.

It features independently developed PLC programming control and intelligent touch screen operation, with servo motor tracking and traction.

Equipped with a photoelectric vibration feeder, it overcomes the defects of uneven discharge of ordinary feeders and blockage of drugs during discharge through ordinary feeders.
