Descriptions

The main drive part adopts Siemens motors imported from Germany. It drives the spline shaft with a diameter of up to 64 mm, which is stable, high-torque, and long-lasting.

The machine is operated through a human-machine interface, with PLC control and stepless speed regulation. The servo motor drives the traction, and the stroke can be adjusted within a range of 40-200 mm.

The machine is equipped with a photoelectric device to make the blister more beautiful.

The conveyance of PVC and aluminum foil is controlled by sensor switches, with motorized conveyance ensuring stable synchronization and material transport accuracy.

The machine adopts an independent structure, making it easy to enter the clean room or the workshop through a good ladder.

Different feeding types can be set according to different product requirements.
