Descriptions

The machine adopts an integrated design that combines light, electricity, and gas, and absorbs advanced technologies from similar products both domestically and abroad. It uses positive pressure forming and roller sealing, making operation more convenient and running more stable.

The machine features independently developed PLC programming control, intelligent touch screen operation, servo motor stepping, and quick mold replacement.

It also has full servo motion control, which provides high precision, low noise, good synchronization, faster speed, and more convenient operation.

The machine achieves perfect alignment for aluminum-plastic (AL/PL) and aluminum-aluminum (AL/AL) materials.

It is a dual-use machine that can interchangeably handle aluminum-plastic (AL/PL) and aluminum-aluminum (AL/AL) materials, including hard aluminum (HA) and cold-formed aluminum (CFA).
