High rotary table speed, with a linear speed exceeding 100 meters per minute at the center of the die holes. Double-sided tablet compression allows for a maximum output of up to 450,000 tablets per hour, meeting the requirements of large-scale pharmaceutical production.

The upper pressure wheel is connected to the pressure sensor through a lever principle, providing high measurement accuracy. The average working pressure and individual pressure of the tablets are accurately displayed on the amplifier and screen. The maximum working pressure can be set, and in case the actual working pressure exceeds the set value, the machine will automatically stop urgently to protect the process.

The equipment is equipped with an automatic lubrication system that lubricates the upper and lower guide rails, main pressure wheel, upper and lower punch rods, etc. The lubrication frequency and time can be adjusted on the touchscreen according to the actual working needs, achieving optimal lubrication effect, reducing noise, and extending the service lift of the components.

The equipment adopts a no-handwheel structure and is controlled by a touchscreen PIC program. The touchscreen allows for adjustment of the main pressure, pre-pressure, and fill volume. The motor and electrical control system use international brands.

The forced feeding device is directly installed on the main body, providing good stability, and the gap between the forced feeding device and the rotary table is not easily changed. The double impeller feeding tray has strong adaptability to materials, and the mixing and filling device ensures sufficient filling of powder under any circumstances and prevents separation of coarse and fine particles.

It adopts a high-strength frame structure, with a main pressure of 100 kN and a pre-pressure of 40 kN, making it particularly suitable for direct compression of powders, traditional Chinese medicine tablets, and the compression and forming of larger tablets.
