The lower pressure wheel transmission adopts a worm gear and worm drive with self-locking function, increasing the stability when compressing large tablets.

Addition of an electromagnetic clutch to improve starting torque.

Equipped with an automatic lubrication device, ensuring sufficient lubrication of the punch and guide rails.

Utilizes a double-enveloping worm gear transmission, where the worm gear and worm have face contact, providing high load capacity, high efficiency, and extended service life.

The upper punch rod adopts a roller structure, significantly reducing wear on the track and the neck of the punch rod caused by its weight.
