Descriptions

Single-press, single-sided tablet-out machine. Using IPT tooling, it can compress granular raw materials into circular tablets, double-sided lettering tablets, and various irregular tablets.

Has pre-pressure and main pressure two-stage tablet pressing function, which can improve tablet pressing quality.

The punching rod on the worktable is equipped with a dustproof device, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the lower track, avoid sticking, and help extend the service life of the lower track.

Uses a frequency conversion speed control device, which is easy to operate and safe and reliable.

Uses PLC and touch screen to conveniently and intuitively display and set various parameters.

The digital display shows the turntable speed, tablet pressing force, filling depth, tablet thickness, tablet-out force, and production capacity.

Equipped with motor overload protection device, it automatically stops when the pressure overload occurs. It has pressure overload protection, emergency stop function, and strong exhaust and heat dissipation device.
Complies with GMP standards.

Can be optionally equipped with a forced feeding device.
