The TMP-400E fully automatic transparent film 3D packaging machine is capable of automatically feeding, wrapping, folding, side sealing, end sealing, shaping vertically and horizontally, counting, and automatically applying anti-counterfeiting pull tabs. It also offers functions such as surface embossing and spot embossing, making the operation, adjustment, mold replacement, and maintenance of the entire machine more convenient and efficient. This equipment follows a design concept that primarily relies on pneumatic power with auxiliary mechanical transmission, which ensures stable operation during normal work and an extremely low failure rate. It is user-friendly, facilitates quick variety changes, and allows for convenient repairs, enabling a swift return to normal production in case of any malfunction. The material pushing mechanism employs chain and sprocket transmission, while film feeding is controlled by a servo motor. The box pushing mechanism is equipped with overload protection, reducing the occurrence of failures. The conveying function can be configured as either a straight-line (180 degrees) or vertical (90 degrees) transportation system, depending on the site's limitations.

It features a human-machine interface, PLC control, and provides fault diagnosis prompts.

The erecting device (or stacking device) can be selected based on customer requirements. It arranges the paper boxes according to specified criteria.

The rocker arm-type material pushing device reduces the cylinder stroke while maintaining the same material pushing distance. It also includes material pushing protection, where the material pushing head separates from the cylinder in case of overload.

The servo film feeding device is driven by a servo motor and, in coordination with signals, transports the specified length of film to the relevant workstation. It boasts quick response and high accuracy.

The folding forming device utilizes specific molds to wrap and shape the film.

The heat sealing device employs heating plates to perform heat sealing on the wrapped film and achieve shrinkage for a secure fit.
