The TMP-300E fully automatic transparent film 3D packaging machine can automatically feed, wrap, fold, side seal, end seal, shape vertically and horizontally, count, and automatically apply anti-counterfeiting pull-tab, as well as perform surface embossing and spot embossing, making the operation, adjustment, mold replacement, and maintenance of the entire machine more convenient and efficient. This equipment adopts a design concept that is primarily pneumatic and supplemented by mechanical transmission, which is mainly reflected in its stable operation during normal work and extremely low failure rate. At the same time, it is easy to operate, quick to change varieties, and convenient to repair. In the event of a failure, it can be restored to normal production in a short period of time. The material pushing part is driven by sprockets and chains, with film feeding controlled by a servo motor. The box pushing mechanism is equipped with overload protection, reducing the failure rate. The conveying function can be divided into straight-line (180 degrees) or vertical (90 degrees) transportation depending on the limitations of the site.

It adopts a human-machine interface, PLC control, and provides fault diagnosis prompts.

Automatic film feeding is achieved by a servo motor, with adjustable speed and length, ensuring smooth and accurate film feeding.

Erecting device (or stacking device): According to customer requirements, an erecting device or stacking device can be selected to arrange the paper boxes in the specified manner.

Rocker arm-type material pushing device: It can achieve the same material pushing stroke while shortening the cylinder stroke, and it has a built-in material pushing protection function. When overload occurs, the material pushing head will detach from the cylinder.

Servo film feeding device: Driven by a servo motor and controlled by signals, it transports the specified length of film to the corresponding workstation, with features such as fast response and high accuracy.

Folding forming device: It uses specific molds to wrap and form the film.

Heat sealing device: It uses a heating plate to perform heat sealing on the wrapped film and shrink it.
