Descriptions

This machine consists of six main components: material conveying chain, material unloading section, material pushing section, material storage, carton conveying section, and waste removal section.

It is controlled by a PLC system with a touchscreen interface and self-configurable options, making it suitable for various products. It features automatic shutdown and error checking capabilities.

All safety devices are installed, and the machine has an alarm function. In the event of a malfunction, the operating system will automatically stop. Additionally, the machine will issue warnings in cases where settings exceed predetermined values. The buttons are installed in prominent positions. An overload protector is also installed to prevent machine overload.

Stable and reliable installation is implemented to prevent operators from coming into contact with moving mechanical parts while the machine is in operation.

The machine is connected by a series of photoelectric sensors controlled by the PLC, ensuring smooth operation and self-coordination. The sensor-based system is used to monitor the machine's functions, and in case of any errors, the machine can automatically stop with an error code displayed on the screen.
