Descriptions

The machine is controlled by a PIC program and equipped with functions such as human-machine interface control and photoelectric detection.

If there is no product to be packaged, the machine will not suck in the instruction manual or the box, and the pusher will not operate.

The swing feeder has a main and auxiliary workstation. If the main compartment does not feed material, the auxiliary compartment will automatically replenish it.

The machine will automatically stop when the material level in the auxiliary compartment is low.

If there are instruction manuals but no boxes for three consecutive times, the machine will automatically stop.

If there are products to be packaged but no instruction manuals for three consecutive times, the machine will automatically stop.

Multiple overload protection mechanisms are in place to automatically stop the machine when necessary.
