Descriptions

The machine consists of a machine base, rotating body, drive system, lifting system, braking system, and control system. During operation, the mixing hopper is pushed into the rotating body. By pressing the "confirm" button on the touchscreen, the mixing hopper is automatically lifted into position and clamped.

Once the clamping signal is received by the pressure sensor, the mixing system is driven to start working. The mixing system operates at the preset time and speed for blending. When the set parameters are reached, the rotating body automatically stops in a vertical position. At the same time, the braking system engages, indicating the end of the mixing process. Then, the lifting system comes into action.

The mixing hopper inside the rotating body descends into place, automatically stops, and prints out the process data. The mixing hopper is then pushed out and rotated to the next process.
