GPS-HZD Automatic Lifting Hopper Mixer

The machine consists of a machine base, rotating body, drive system, lifting system, braking system, and control system. During operation, the mixing hopper is pushed into the rotating body. Pressing the "confirm" button on the touchscreen will automatically lift and clamp the mixing hopper into place. When the pressure sensor receives the clamping signal, the mixing system is activated and operates at the set time and speed for mixing. Once the set parameters are reached, the rotating body automatically stops vertically, and the braking system engages to end the mixing process. The lifting system then operates, lowering the mixing hopper back into position, automatically stops, and prints the process data. The mixing hopper is then pushed out and rotated to the next process.

The rotating body (mixing hopper) forms a 30° angle with the axis of rotation. As the materials inside the mixing hopper flip with the rotating body, they also undergo tangential movement along the walls, resulting in intense flipping and high-speed tangential motion, thus achieving optimal mixing effect. The machine adopts PLC automatic control, and is equipped with infrared safety devices and a discharge disc valve with anti-misoperation features to ensure production safety. Materials can go through different process stages within the same container, eliminating the need for frequent transferring and feeding procedures. This effectively controls dust and cross-contamination, reduces material loss, and prevents material segregation, optimizing the production process. The machine fully complies with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
