GPS-CVL-II Automatic Capsule Loading Machine

This structure consists of a discharge bucket, baffle, clamp, clean pipe, box, pneumatic components, organic glass plate, movable wheel, and frame components.

The organic glass plate 12 is hinged to the frame 11. Empty capsules are poured into the box 5 and sealed with the organic glass plate 12. The box 5 is welded to the frame 11. The solenoid valve 7 and pressure regulator 8 are bolted to the frame 11. The compressed air enters through the gas pipe 6, and goes through the solenoid valve 7, which is connected to the pressure regulator 8 and controlled by the PLC switch. When the solenoid valve 7 is opened, the pressure value is displayed on the pressure regulator 8. The pressure regulator 8 is connected to the clean pipe 4 through the gas pipe 9, and adjusting the pressure regulator 8 can control the pressure of the gas entering the clean pipe 4.

The lower part of the box 5 is funnel-shaped, and is fixed to the clean pipe 4 with the clamp 3. Due to the force of gravity, the empty capsules flow into the clean pipe 4, and when the solenoid valve 7 is opened, the compressed air blows the empty capsules into the discharge tube 1 located at the top. The discharge tube 1 and the clean pipe 4 are fixed with the clamp 3. The empty capsules are stopped by the baffle 2 and drop out of the discharge tube.
