Improvement has been made to the transmission cam of all stations. High-quality special steel is used to produce the inner groove wheel, eliminating the drawbacks of easy fatigue and breakage of the spring pulling mechanism. It is also wear-resistant and operates stably.

The second-generation fully enclosed turntable design is employed. The upper module features dual-axis circular motion with imported silicone sealing, reducing powder entry. The lower module undergoes dual-axis circular motion with the use of imported silicone sealing rings, reducing powder leakage caused by the expansion and contraction of the moving axis. The dual-axis design, with convenient disassembly and cleaning, is manufactured with a pressure cover, eliminating the need to open the turntable for seal ring replacement, thus avoiding the inconvenience associated with disassembling and reinstalling the turntable.

Using the flat surface of the measuring disc as a reference, a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism is employed, eliminating natural deformations of the measuring disc and copper pad, ensuring uniform clearances, reducing powder leakage, facilitating cleaning, and guaranteeing consistent filling capacity. This is an original feature among similar machine models nationwide.

The machine utilizes dual-row silicone pads in the capsule ejection system, which does not require air supply and prevents the dispersion of dust.

An additional capsule control switch is incorporated, designed for external control, ensuring enhanced safety and convenience.

The capsule division mechanism employs vacuum positioning, achieving a capsule loading rate of over 98%.

A jog control system is added, facilitating user-friendly operations during production and cleaning.

The machine features a modular enclosed powder filling mechanism, allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning.

A 10-inch color LCD display screen is utilized, providing automatic alarms for capsule shortage, powder shortage, vacuum failure, and loose machine doors。

The equipment is equipped with an automatic timed lubrication system.

An added mold cleaning and blowing structure resolves the issue of strong adhesive powder deposition on the mold surface and cavity during production, significantly improving the capsule loading rate.

The machine is equipped with a secondary dehumidification device in the filling chamber, addressing the poor dehumidification effect in the filling workshop and alleviating the physical burden on the operators, especially when dealing with moisture-sensitive Chinese herbal powders (optional), making it the optimal solution.
