This machine is manufactured with high-quality imported stainless steel, meeting the requirements of "GMP" (Good Manufacturing Practice). According to the latest version of national "GMP" regulations, quantifiable indicators are applied as much as possible in the process of pharmaceutical production. Specifically, in the complete set of coating machine equipment, negative pressure within the coating drum, exhaust volume of hot air supply, temperature control, and slurry spraying flow are added. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are written and executed using digital values instead of analog values, ensuring minimal differences in control parameters between different batches of drugs. This ensures the stability of drug quality.

Memory and printing functions are designed (optional) to automatically record and archive relevant process parameters in real-time during production. The data can be printed as required, eliminating errors in manual record-keeping by operators and ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the original records. The new cleaning control interface features fully automated single-line cleaning (optional). The PLC is equipped with dedicated cleaning control buttons and an automatic in-place cleaning button, enabling one-touch operation for cleaning the coating drum, hot air outlet, and exhaust outlet. The system includes two cleaning stages: external cleaning of the coating drum and exhaust outlet, and internal cleaning of the coating drum and hot air outlet. The high-pressure cleaning water source is connected via quick couplings from the lower rear part of the main machine, while the cleaning water source for the coating drum is connected through a rubber hose with a quick coupling to the water inlet on the right side of the operating surface. The machine also has side door opening and closing buttons for convenient access to the left and right sides for cleaning. It is equipped with automatic material loading and unloading buttons for easy operation. During shutdown, there is an anti-backflow device installed in the exhaust outlet to prevent waste gas from flowing back, which is in compliance with "GMP" standards. The exhaust cabinet is equipped with a vibration dust removal and filtration device to isolate vibrations and residual powder, preventing powder from scattering and automatically performing periodic dust removal.
