GPS-CIP Three-Channel Automatic Cleaning System

CIP Cleaning Station:

(1) The CIP cleaning station is equipped with stainless steel containers for dedicated washing liquids, cleaning agent transfer pumps, control valves and pipelines, drinking water cold water control valves and pipelines, drinking water hot water control valves and pipelines, purified water cold water control valves and pipelines, purified water hot water control valves and pipelines, and a pressurized water pump.

(2) Each inlet and outlet pipeline is equipped with solenoid valves, actuators, ball valves, and 2 infusion pumps that are centrally controlled by the control system (controlled on the touch screen according to the set program). Multiple different cleaning programs can be set and stored on the touch screen for use in different situations.

(3) All pipelines, brackets, and connections to the main machine cleaning pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel.

Layout of Cleaning Points Inside the Main Machine:

(1) Five spray heads are installed between the coating drums of the main machine, and their positions are fixed. The cleaning pipelines enter from the top of the main machine.

(2) The coating machine drum is equipped with a detachable spray cleaning head.

(3) The cleaning water collection tank inside the coating machine can be used as a tank for circulating water.

(4) Four automatic control valves, including overflow valve, drain valve, circulation cleaning valve, and bottom drain valve, are installed at the outlet pipeline of the collection tank, known as the valve drain assembly.

(5) The cleaning station is equipped with a pressurized pump to supply high-pressure water to each spray head.

(6) A compressed air valve is installed at the end of the main machine cleaning pipeline. When the cleaning program is completed and enters the drying program, it automatically opens to allow compressed air to enter the cleaning pipeline for drying the inside of the pipeline.
