GPS-YZG Square and Round Vacuum Dryer

Descriptions

Vacuum drying is a process where materials are heated and dried under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, which accelerates the drying rate.

When the heating temperature is constant, increasing the vacuum level can speed up the drying rate.

When the vacuum level is constant, increasing the heating temperature can speed up the drying rate.

By increasing both the vacuum level and heating temperature, the drying rate can be greatly accelerated.

If a condenser is used, solvents in the materials can be recovered through the condenser.

If using the SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series water jet vacuum pump unit, a condenser is not required.
