GPS-SZS200 Top-Discharge Oscillating Granulator

SZS200 type screening machine is an economical top-discharge oscillating granulator. It has three major functions: tablet grinding, dust removal, and lifting. This machine can be linked with any model of tablet press machine, and its outlet can be connected to a metal detector. It can realize the linkage production mode of tablet grinding, dust removal, lifting, and metal foreign object detection.

This machine has the characteristics of long dust discharge path, automatic one-sided tablet flipping and grinding, and good dust removal effect. The machine is made of SUS316L/SUS304 and meets GMP requirements. The screening plate and shell of the machine adopt a modular design. The outlet height is easy to adjust, and the machine adopts a quick installation and connection structure, which is convenient for disassembly and installation. The machine can be cleaned without dead angles, and the inlet and outlet can be adjusted 360°, which is convenient for production and saves space. It has high production efficiency and can meet the needs of large-scale production of tablets of various sizes from d3-d25mm. A new type of driving device design is adopted to ensure that the machine runs more stably and with lower noise.
