The XG-160 high-speed rotary capping machine is equipped with automatic safety protection devices and photoelectric monitoring, which automatically starts when the cap is clamped or fully capped, and stops when there is no cap. It also automatically rejects caps that are not tightened or tilted. It has a high degree of automation, stable operation with low noise, easy operation, convenient maintenance, and strong applicability.

This machine adopts a step-by-step lifting capping structure, which is stable. If the cap is not in place, it will automatically fall back to the cap storage bucket. The large-capacity cap storage hopper reduces the frequency of frequent capping and reduces the labor intensity of operators.

The rotary capping wheel adopts a new silicone material, which fits better with the bottle cap, has better capping effect, and has a long service life. The bottle dividing wheel adopts a new silicone wheel to replace the previous O-ring, which is stable and not easy to fall off.
