Descriptions

GZJ-160 high-speed desiccant bottle inserter is an automated equipment that integrates machinery, electricity, and gas. It uses a PLC program control, a human-machine interface operation, a frequency converter speed regulation, and a servo positioning electrical system.

The equipment is equipped with automatic detection functions for desiccant leakage and blockage. When there is leakage or blockage, the equipment will automatically alarm and stop. The entrance and exit of the equipment are equipped with photoelectric detection functions, mainly to detect whether there are bottles in front and whether there is bottle blockage behind. If there is no bottle or bottle blockage, the equipment will automatically stop. Conversely, the equipment will automatically start working, which meets the automatic linkage function of the entire production line.

It meets the GMP requirements for drug production.
