Descriptions

The drum body, driven by the main shaft, undergoes continuous combined motion such as translation, rotation, and rolling, promoting three-dimensional movement of the materials along the drum. This enables various materials to flow, diffuse, accumulate, and mix with each other, achieving uniform mixing.

The multi-directional movement of the mixing drum in this machine eliminates the centrifugal force effect, preventing segregation, layering, and accumulation phenomena. It can handle components with significant differences in weight ratio, resulting in high mixing efficiency. It is considered an ideal product among various mixing machines.

The drum has a high loading capacity, up to 90% (compared to 50% in ordinary mixers), ensuring high efficiency and short mixing time.

The drum body is designed with smooth arcs and undergoes precision polishing treatment.
