GPS-FZH Square Cone Mixer

The material is loaded into a square conical sealed mixing barrel, with the axis of the hopper forming an angle with the axis of rotation. Different components of the material undergo three-dimensional spatial movement within the sealed material gate, resulting in strong tumbling and diffusion effects, and achieving optimal mixing results. The machine features a novel design, compact structure, pleasing appearance, and achieves a mixing uniformity of 99% with a volume loading coefficient of 0.8.

It has a low rotational height, smooth operation, reliable performance, and easy operation. The square conical shape allows for sealed material conveying, preventing contamination and meeting GMP requirements. Both the inner and outer walls of the barrel are polished, eliminating dead angles, facilitating material discharge, and making cleaning easy.
