有预压和主压两次压片功能，可提高压片质量。
工作台上的冲模下冲杆带有防尘装置，可有效地防止粉尘进入下轨道，避免粘冲，有利于下轨道使用寿命延长。
采用变频无级调速装置，操作方便，安全可靠。
采用PLC和触摸屏，可方便直观地显示和设定各类参数。
数字显示工作台转速、压片力、充填深度、片剂厚度、出片力和产量。
配有电机过载保护装置，当压力过载时自动停机。有压力超压保护，紧急停机功能和强排风散热装置。
