GPS-GHZ High-efficiency Wet Mixing Granulator

The granulation process of this machine is completed by two procedures, mixing and granulating, in the same container. The powdered material is placed in a fixed conical container. Due to the stirring action of the mixing slurry, the powder is dispersed and rolled in a semi-flowing state, achieving sufficient mixing. With the injection of the binder, the powder gradually becomes moistened. The shape of the material changes, and the mixing slurry and the cylinder wall strengthen the extrusion, friction, and kneading of the material, forming a loose and soft material. Under the action of the entire particle blade, these soft materials gradually form small and uniform wet granules.
